冠心病合并糖尿病患者的护理干预

Nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus

目的探讨冠心病合并糖尿病患者的护理干预效果。方法选取2012年1月—2015年9月确诊的258例冠心病合并糖尿病患者,随机分成对照组(常规护理)和观察组(护理干预)各129例,比较血糖、血脂改善情况和护理满意度。结果观察组血糖为(5.1±0.7)mmol/L、甘油三酯为(1.5±0.9)mmol/L,护理满意度为98.4%,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病合并糖尿病患者实施护理干预措施效果满意。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes mellitus.Methods Selected 2012 January 2015 September confirmed 258 cases of coronary heart disease patients with diabetes mellitus,were randomly divided into control group（ routine nursing） and observation group（ intervention） 129 cases in each,blood sugar,blood lipid improvement and nursing satisfaction. Results The observation group for blood glucose（ 5.1± 0.7）mmol / L,（ 1.5± 0.9） for mmol / L,nursing satisfaction was 98.4%,was better than the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effect of nursing intervention in patients with diabetes mellitus with coronary heart disease.
