实施健康教育对心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者预后的效果

Effect of Health Education on the Prognosis of Patients with Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Diabetes

目的探讨健康教育对心肌梗死合并糖尿病患者预后的效果。方法对该科2013年12月—2015年12月收治的224例AMI合并DM患者,随机分为两组各112例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予健康教育,比较两组效果。结果观察组血糖、血脂明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对AMI合并DM患者实施健康教育,可有效改善患者预后。

Objective To explore the effect of health education on the prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction complicated with diabetes. Methods In our department in December 2013 December - 2015 treated 224 cases of AMI patients with DM,Randomly divided into 2 groups,each of 112 cases,The control group received routine nursing care,The observation group was given health education on the basis of the control group,Compare two groups of results. Results The observation group blood sugar,blood fat was better than the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of health education for patients with AMI combined with DM,Can effectively improve the prognosis of patients.
