How should enterprises foster the desire to be the best among employees, so the workers will make more types and a higher quality of products, especially well-recognized brand-name products＇？ What can the Chinese Government do to help enterprises achieve such objectives＇？ Such issues have been widely discussed by Chinese since Premier Li Keqiang mentioned the ＂craftsmanship spirit＂ in the government＇s annual work report. Women of China recently discussed these issues with various people, including officials, entrepreneurs and online commentators, all of whom offered suggestions to help enterprises foster the spirit among their employees.
