钢铁企业节能途径与低品质蒸汽发电技术进展

摘要 通过分析我国钢铁企业的余热状况,着重探讨了余热蒸汽的特点和利用技术。对于利用低温余热发电技术,以有机工质为介质的发电技术(ORC)具有独特的优势,获得了突飞猛进的发展。同时,对于钢铁企业余热利用,在有效回收热量的基础上,关注热质(即可用能)的利用,是下一步工作重点。 Through analyzing waste heat condition of Chinese iron and steel enterprise, the traits and utilization technologies of the waste heat steam have been discussed in the paper. For power generation technologies of low temperature waste heat, the power generation technology with organic fluid as medium has unique advantages and has gained large development. Meanwhile, for waste heat utilization of iron and steel enterprise, on the foundation of effective heat recycling, usable energy utilization should be focused in further work.
