韩国炼钢技术的发展现状与展望

摘要 随着原料条件短缺、钢材供应过剩、能源价格波动以及严格的环保条例带来的压力,韩国炼钢产业的成本结构发生了极大的变化。行业不仅需要机构重组,更需要突破性技术创新,如,进行工艺开发满足日益增长的交通和能源用高锰钢的生产需求。介绍了这些技术的开发情况,阐述了技术对钢铁行业占据市场地位的竞争力。 Cost structures for steelmaking have significantly changed in South Korea, as the shortage of raw materials, the over-supply of steel, energy price fluctuations and stringent environmental regulations burden in the industry. The steel industry not only requires organizational restructuring, but also needs disruptive technology innovation, such as, the process developments to meet the increasing production requirements for high manganese steel in the traffic and energy sectors. This paper introduces the development situation of South Korea's steelmaking technologies, and expounds the role of steelmaking technology in the domination of the market position.
