摘要
阐述了宣钢低合金含铬钢的生产与开发过程，包括微合金化成分设计、生产工艺流程确定和关键工序的控制内容等，研究了合金化元素cr对热轧线材的力学性能与显微组织的影响，结果表明，产品的性能均满足标准要求。
The production and development process of low-alloy containing chromium steel in Xuansteel are expounded in the paper, including the composition design of micro alloying, the determination of production process and control contents of crucial process and so on. The influence of alloying elements Cr on the mechanical properties and mierostructure of hot-rolled wire rod are studied. The results show that the properties of the products can meet the standard requirements.
