摘要 莱钢为适应市场形势,满足高档产品质量要求,对260mm×300mm合金钢连铸坯生产线进行系统升级,通过采用结晶器液压振动、动态二冷自动配水、电磁搅拌等铸坯在线质量控制技术,提升了铸坯质量,解决了产品存在的质量问题。 Laiwu Steel has upgraded the continuous casting billet production line system for 260 mm× 300 mm alloy steel, in order to adapt to market conditions and meet the requirements of high-grade product quality. The slab quality has been improved and the quality problems of products have been solved through the adoption of billet on-line quality control technologies, such as hydraulic mold oscillation, dynamic secondary cooling automatic distribution water, electromagnetic stirring.
