讨论了离退休人员养老金社会化发放的优缺点及目前暴露出来的一些弊端 ,提出了解决这些问题的对策。
The paper discussed the advantages and disadvantages of old age pension which was given by social insurance department, and gave countermeasures to solve the disadvantages.
