摘要
2015年浙江省在15所高职院校启动高职提前招生试点。试点采用"文化素质+职业技能"评价方式,实行"考生自愿报考、院校综合测评、一档多投、双向互动选择",并建立了确保公平的"四个机制"和"四个制度"。试点为落实高职院校分类考试探索了有效路径,为实行"一档多投"提供了成功案例,为高校招生平衡好"自主"和"自律"提供了示范样本。为实现可持续发展,试点需进一步研究院校专业定位和内涵建设及院校综合测评和录取细则。
In 2015, the early admission reform was put into practice as a pilot project in 15 higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province. It adopts the mode of"Voluntary applications, comprehensive evaluations on candidates' cultural quality and vocational skills, the multi-application for individual, and two-way autonomous choices between colleges and candidates", and establishes the four mechanisms and four systems to ensure the fairness of admission as well. It explores an effective way for classified examination of higher vocational colleges,provides a successful sample of the multi- application for individual, and achieves a good balance between autonomy and self- regulation in college admission. To achieve sustainable development, a further research on subject orientations, connotation constructions, comprehensive evaluations and college admission rules is needed.
