摘要
提出了一种有效评价固井质量的八扇区声波测井仪,并简要介绍了其工作原理。针对使用过程中的问题,对仪器的机械结构、部分电路和地面解码系统进行了相应的改进与完善。通过对其在外蒙塔木茶格油田的塔19-360-t234井进行现场测试,该仪器能准确评价出水泥胶结指数。应用效果进一步表明,改进后的仪器性能更加稳定,能在150℃、60 MPa的环境下可靠工作。
An eight-sector sonic logging tool used to evaluate well cementation quality is presented,and its working principle is introduced briefly. According to the feedback from the users,the mechanical structure,the circuit and the ground decoding system of the tool have been improved. The on-site test was carried in the 19-360-t234 well of Tamuchage oilfield in Mongolia,the results showed that the improved tool can accurately evaluate the cement bond index and work reliably under the environment of 150℃ and 60 MPa with effective evaluation of the cement quality.
