深海放线菌Streptomyces sp.WP6次生代谢产物的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究深海来源链霉菌Streptomyces sp.WP6具有生物活性的次级代谢产物。方法采用正相硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、TLC薄层制备层析色谱、中压快速制备层析色谱和高压液相色谱等方法分离纯化次生代谢产物,采用13C NMR、1H NMR、HMBC、HSQC、1H-1H COSY、LC-MS等波谱技术鉴定结构。结果从该菌株发酵产物中分离得到8个次级代谢产物,分别鉴定为:邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(1)、N-乙酰基酪胺(2)、脯氨酸-亮氨酸(3)、N-乙酰色胺(4)、吲哚-3-甲酸(5)、苯乙酸(6)、环(脯氨酸-苯丙氨酸)(7)、(4S)-4,10二羟基-10甲基-2烯-1,4内酯(8)。结论首次从Streptomyces sp.WP6发酵产物中分离到上述8个次生代谢产物。 Objective To study the biological activity secondary metabolites from Streptomyces sp. WP6. Methods Normal phase silica gel column chromatography, RP gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography, preparative thin-layer chromatography, rapid preparative HPLC and medium pressure HPLC were used for isolating and purifying the secondary metabolites. The structures of secondary metabolites were identified by 13C NMR, 1H NMR, HMBC, HSQC, 1H-IH COSY and LC-MS. Results Eight secondary metabolites were obtained and identified as di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (1), N-acetyhyramine (2), cyclo-(Pro-Leu) (3), N-acetyltryptamine (4), indol-3-carboxylic acid (5), phenylaceticacid (6), cyclo-(Pro-Phe) (7), (4S)-4, 10-dihydroxy-10-methylundec-2-en-1, 4-olide (8). Conclusion All compounds were isolated for the first time from Streptomyces sp. WP6 for the forst time.
