摘要
目的研究白术、炙甘草、益智、当归、制首乌、白芍、黄连、连翘8味中药对肠道特征菌的调节作用。方法以嗜酸乳杆菌、粪肠球菌和大肠埃希菌为试验菌株,采用比浊法比较8味中药水提液对以上3株菌株增殖活性的影响,并采用SPSS19.0软件对结果进行聚类分析,探讨上述中药的作用规律。结果与对照组比较,终质量浓度为0.01 g/m L(以生药计)的白术、炙甘草、益智、当归、制首乌、白芍显著促进嗜酸乳杆菌的增殖(P<0.05);炙甘草、益智、制首乌、白芍显著促进粪肠球菌的增殖(P<0.05),益智、当归显著促进大肠埃希菌的增殖(P<0.05),白术、炙甘草显著抑制大肠埃希菌的增殖(P<0.05);黄连、连翘显著抑制以上3株菌株的增殖(P<0.05)。聚类分析发现8味中药对肠道特征菌的作用可分为两类:白术、炙甘草、益智、当归、制首乌、白芍为一类,黄连、连翘为一类。结论 8味中药对肠道特征菌的增殖活性有不同的影响,白术、炙甘草、益智、当归、制首乌、白芍对肠道特征菌的增殖活性作用相似,均能促进嗜酸乳杆菌的增殖;黄连、连翘对肠道特征菌的增殖活性作用相似,能抑制以上3株试验菌株的增殖。
Objective To study the regulation effect on intestinal diagnostic flora of eight herbs including Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cure Melle, Alpiniae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Swertiae Herba, Polygoni Multiflori Radix Preparata, Paeoniae Radix Alba, Coptidis Rhizoma and Forsythiae Fructus. Methods Lactobacillus acidophilus ( L.a), Enterococcus faecalis ( E.f) and Escherichia coli (E. coli) used as experimental bacteria, the bacterial muhiplication was measured by the optical density, and SPSS19.0 was used to cluster analysis to explore the role of 8 herbs. Results The multiplication results showed that Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et RhizomaPraeparata cum Melle, Alpinae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Swertiae Herba, Polygoni Multiflori Radix Preparata, Paeoniae Radix Alba could promote the proliferation rate of L. a significantly(P〈0.05), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cure Melle, Alpinae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Polygoni Multiflori Radix Preparata, Paeoniae Radix Alba could promote the multiplication of E.f significantly (P〈0.05), Alpinae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Swertiae Herba could promote the multiplication of E. coli significantly (P〈0.05), and Atractylodis Macrocephala Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cure Melle could inhibite the multiplication of E. coli significantly (P〈0.05) at the final crude herbal concentration of 0.01 g/mL. Coptidis Rhizoma and Forsythiae Fructus inhibited the multiplication of L. a, E.f and E. coli significantly( P〈 0.05) at final crude herbal concetration of 0.01 g/mL.Cluster analysis found that Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle, Alpinae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Swertiae Herba, Polygoni Multiflori Radix Preparata, Paeoniae Radix Alba were divided a same class, while Coptidis Rhizoma and Forsythiae Fructus divided another class. Conclusion 8 herbs showed differrent regulation effects on intestinal diagnostic flora. Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma Praeparata cum Melle, Alpinae Oxyphyllae Fructus, Swertiae Herba, Polygoni Multiflori Radix Preparata, Paeoniae Radix Alba showed a similar proliferative activity on intestinal flora, and promoted the proliferation of L.a. Both of Coptidis Rhizoma and Forsythiae Fructus showed a similar proliferative activity on intestinal flora, and inhibited the proliferation of L. a, E.f and E.coli.
