不同连栽年限对广藿香植株生长及其药材品质的影响

Effect of continuous cropping years on the growth and quality of Pogostemon cablin

目的研究不同连栽年限对广藿香植株农艺性状、生理生化指标及主要有效成分质量分数的影响,为揭示广藿香连作障碍成因提供依据。方法采用田间调查研究法,对广东药科大学药用植物园的栽培当年、连栽1 a、连栽2 a的广藿香植株进行研究。结果不同连栽年限对广藿香株高、叶面积、根系活力、总叶绿素质量分数及其根、茎、叶的过氧化物酶、超氧化物歧化酶及过氧化氢酶均具有一定的抑制作用,且随连栽年限延长抑制作用增强;广藿香根、茎、叶中丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度随着连栽年限的延长而增加,其百秋李醇与总挥发油质量分数则随连栽年限延长而降低。结论连栽对广藿香植株的生长、抗氧化酶活性、总挥发油、百秋里醇积累产生一定程度的抑制影响。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous cropping years on the agronomic characters, physiological and biochemical indexes, and the contents of the main effective components of P. cablin, and provide the basis for revealing the cause of continuous cropping obstacle. Methods The field research method was used to study the planting year, continuous cropping for a year and two years of P. cablin in the medicinal botanical garden of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University. Results It showed inhibitory effect on plant height, leaf area, root activity, total chlorophyll content, and the activity of POD, CAT and SOD in root, stem and leaf of P. cablin. The inhibitory intensity increased with continuous cropping years. Furthermore, the MDA content of the root, stem and leaf on P. cablin were increased, and the decreased contents of the total volatile oil and patchouli alcohol were observed. Conclusion Continuous cropping showed inhibitory effect on the growth, antioxidant enzyme activity, accumulation of the total volatile oil and patchouli alcohol in P. cablin.
