中药黄芩对多重耐药哈维弧菌耐药性的逆转作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究中药黄芩对多重耐药哈维弧菌的耐药逆转作用并初步探讨其作用机理。方法以耐阿莫西林、呋喃唑酮和红霉素的哈维弧菌X12XC30为实验对象,用倍比稀释法测定黄芩对菌株X12XC30的亚抑菌浓度;以SDS为对照,采用影印培养法测定黄芩作用24 h和48 h的耐药逆转率;通过质粒凝胶电泳观察黄芩对该菌株质粒的消除情况。结果黄芩对阿莫西林和呋喃唑酮的总逆转率为3.00%(24h)和4.33%(48 h);SDS对阿莫西林和呋喃唑酮的总逆转率为0.33%(24 h)和1.33%(48 h)。结论黄芩对多重耐药哈维弧菌有耐药逆转作用。 Objective To study the reverse effect of scutellaria baicalensis on multi-drug resistant Vibrio Harveyi and its potential mechanism. Methods Vibrio Harvey X12XC30 was selected owing to its resistant to amoxicillin, furazolidone and erythromycin. The sub-MIC concentration of scutellaria baicalensis was determined by the double dilution method. With SDS as a positive elimination agent, the reversal rate of amoxicillin and furazolidone was analyzed by using photolithography. Agarose gel electrophoresis was used to observe the plasmid-eliminated situation. Results After treatment with scutellaria baicalensis, the total reversal rate of Vibrio Harveyi to amoxicillin and furazolidone was 3.00% ( 24 h) and 4.33% ( 48 h), while the reversal rate of SDS was 0.33% ( 24 h) and 1.33% ( 48 h). Conclusion Scutellaria baicalensis has the reverse effect on multi-drug resistant Vibrio Harveyi.
