摘要
人类健康的生活源自正常的昼夜节律,地球上的生物几乎都有和外界环境相适应的内源性的昼夜节律。内源性的昼夜节律使生物能够预测周边环境周期性的变化,使机体内在代谢和周边环境保持一致。这种内源性的昼夜节律广泛的调控机体代谢,昼夜节律一旦失调,机体的代谢将出现紊乱;同样机体代谢也可以干预昼夜节律。近年来,昼夜节律失调与肥胖、脂肪肝等代谢病关系的深入研究,为代谢病的防治提供了新的视角和切入点。本文主要综述昼夜节律调控糖脂代谢的研究进展,阐述昼夜节律失调和糖脂代谢紊乱的联系与可能机制。
The healthy life of human beings comes from the normal circadian rhythm. The most organisms on earth have the endogenous circadian rhythm in accordance with the external environment. The endogenous circadian rhythm enables the organisms to predict the changes of environmental cycles, which maintains consistency in metabolic and surroundings. This endogenous circadian rhythm widely used to regulate the body's metabolism. Once the circadian rhythm is disordered, the metabolism will be disordered. Conversely, the metabolism could also influence the circadian rhythm. In recent years, the relation between the circadian rhythm disorders and metabolic diseases such as obesity and fatty liver has been intensively studied,which provides a new evidence for treatment of these diseases. This paper reviews the relationship between the circadian rhythm and gluco-lipid metabolism, and the potential mechanism of gluco-lipid metabolic disorder associated with the circadian rhythm disorders.
