摘要
介绍了靖边能源化工综合利用启动项目的设计思想、工艺流程及专利技术的选择,对比了该项目中氢碳互补的增产效果和节能降耗情况。分析了试运行期间煤气化装置、低温甲醇洗装置、天然气转化装置、甲醇合成装置、DMTO装置和DCC装置等存在的问题,并进行了相应的改进,实现了甲醇联合装置的生产负荷从70%提升至目前的95%,DMTO等后系统满负荷运行。
This paper gives an overview of YECC's design philosophy, technical processes and patent technology selection for energy and chemical comprehensive utilization start-up project, and compares the capacity increase of complementary hydrogen carbon and energy saving. It describes how problems are solved on gasification, rectisol, natural gas conversion, methanol synthesis, DMTO and DCC units during trial operation, and responding improvements are made, which enable methanol production rate in YECC project reaching 95% from original 70%, allowing DMTO and other downstream systems in full rate operation.
