摘要
介绍了热流化床煤调湿技术的原理、核心设备特点及工艺流程。针对柳钢焦化厂炼焦煤入炉水分偏高的问题,以焦炉烟道气余热为热源,采用了热流化床煤调湿技术。该技术在柳钢焦化厂的实际应用表明,调湿后的原料煤水分可稳定在6.5%左右,较调湿前降低约4%;单炉可提高产量约7.5%;蒸氨用气量、加热煤气量、废水排放量均大为减少,取得了良好的节能减排效果。
The paper introduces the principle, core equipment characteristics and the process flow of thermal fluidized- bed coal moisture control technology. Aiming at solving the problem of high moisture of coking coal which enters into the furnace in Liuzhou Iron and Steel Coking Plant, the thermal fluidized-bed coal moisture control technology is used by adopting waste heat of coke oven flue gas as heat source. The actual application shows that the feed coal moisture can be stabilized around 6.5% after moisture control, which is a reduction of 4% compared with the data before moisture control; the output volume per furnace is increased by 7.5%; gas consumption for ammonia distillation, heating gas volume and wastewater discharge are all greatly reduced, showing good effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
