摘要
过程平衡对冶炼系统正常运行具有极其重要的作用。以电石冶炼反应关系为基础,对典型密闭式电石炉冶炼过程进行建模研究,得到与过程相关的物料平衡和能量平衡数据;并通过该模型研究了出炉温度、物料参数对冶炼工序电耗的影响。结果显示,冶炼过程能量消耗主要表现在电石反应热、电石显热、冷却水吸热和副反应上;为提升冶炼效率、降低电耗,应严格控制原料质量并稳定电石出炉温度。
Process balance plays a very important role in the normal operation process of the smelting system. With the calcium carbide reaction as the basis, the smelting model of the typical closed calcium carbide furnace is established, and the material balance and energy balance data are obtained. The influence of tapping temperature and material parameters on the smelting process is studied. The results show that the energy consumption during the smelting process is mainly reflected on calcium carbide heat of reaction, calcium carbide sensible heat, cooling water endothermic and side reactions. Raw material quality and stable tapping temperature should be strictly controlled, which can improve smelting efficiency and reduce power consumption.
