摘要
在风冷冰箱冷藏室安装小蒸发器并利用自制装置对冰箱内的湿度进行研究。结合风冷冰箱的控制规则的合理设计使得冷藏室平均湿度达到75%RH以上,改善风冷冰箱冷藏室的湿度。同时对比了改进后的冰箱冷藏室湿度对蔬菜保鲜效果。现将我们的研究情况总结如下,希望能对相关研究领域起到借鉴作用。
This paper researches hydrating in the fresh-food compartment of frost-free refrigerator with evaporator. The result shows that the humidity device of the unique structure installed under the control rules, which achieves the goal of higher humidity over 75%RH. At same time, effect of relative humidity in the fresh-food compartment after being improved on fresh-keeping of vegetable was researched.
