摘要
A系列压缩机在生产过程中,出现转子曲轴热套不良率的问题。本文对比了两个系列过盈量、装配温度的差异。分析了当装配过盈量最小时,装配产生的最小扭矩大于传递扭矩。当装配过盈量最大时,装配产生的最大应力小于许用应力。在应力和扭矩分析过程中,应用了FEM对理论计算进行验证。通过以上分析和计算,优化了曲轴转子的配合公差,优化了装配温度,为曲轴转子装配工艺改进提供理论依据。
In the process of production of A series compressor, the defective rate of rotor and crankshaft assembly is higher. In this paper, compared two series of interference and the assemble temperature. We had analyzed, when the assemble interference minimum, the assembling produced rain-torque that should be more than the transmission torque. When the assemble interference maximum, the assembling produced max-stress that should be less than the allowable stress. In the process of torque and stress analysis, FEM analysis verified the theoretical calculation. Through the above analysis and calculation, optimized the shaft and rotor fit tolerances, optimized assemble temperature, provided the theoretical basis for the improvement of the crankshaft and rotor assembly process.
