摘要
目的探讨微课在高职护理专业学生内科护理学教学中的应用方法及效果。方法随机抽取护理专业1个班为试验组(n=73),1个班为对照组(n=75)。试验组采用传统教学为主、微课为辅的教学方式,将重点内容制作成微课视频;对照组采用传统教学方式。比较两组学生期末考试总成绩和相关章节成绩,并采用问卷调查试验组学生对微课教学的评价。结果试验组学生的期末考试总成绩及相关章节成绩均高于对照组(P<0.01);试验组多数学生认同微课能够提高学习兴趣(82.2%)、学习的主动性(75.3%)和学习效率(68.5%),有助于他们掌握重点内容(68.5%)。结论以视频为核心的微课教学平台的搭建,是内科护理学教学的一个良好的辅助教学方法,可以有效提高教学效果。
Objective To explore the application methods and effectiveness of micro lecture in the course of Medical Nursing among higher vocational nursing students. Methods Totally 148 higher vocational nursing students were recruited and divided into two groups. Traditional teaching method integrated with micro lecture was implemented in the experimental group. The scores in final exam and relevant chapters were compared between the two groups. In addition,the students' appraisal on micro lecture was investigated using a self-designed questionnaire.Results The scores in final exam and relevant chapters in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P〈0.01). Most students in the experimental group showed satisfied with the teaching outcomes of micro lecture in improving learning interest(82.2%),initiative(75.3%),learning efficiency(68.5%) and facilitating them to master key points of theoretical knowledge(68.5%). Conclusion Micro lecture teaching platform with videos is a good auxiliary teaching method and can improve the teaching outcomes.
