加拿大护理教学的特色与借鉴 被引量:5

摘要 本文从教学材料、教学方法、课堂教学、教学助理配备、学生考核评价方法 5个方面阐述加拿大护理教育的特色。(1)教学材料采用涵盖必需和最新内容的课程包(course pack),可避免一本教材的局限性、主观性和滞后性,利于教师的学术自由发展和专业素质的提高,更利于护理人才的培养。(2)高仿真教学和学生口头报告等教学方法利于学生评判性思维能力的培养。(3)第一堂课教学大纲的解读,让学生有的放矢;以学生为主体的课堂利于教学质量的保证;客座教师与课程教师同台演出激发了学生学习兴趣,丰富了课堂,加强了校内外合作。(4)教学助理的配备减轻了课程教师的负担,锻炼了学生的学习和工作能力。(5)全面全程多样的学生评价方法利于综合评价学生、促进学生不断改善学习方法和提升各种能力。
