天津市职业教育发展经验及其示范意义研究

Experience of Vocational Education Development in Tianjin and its Modeling Significance

加快现代职业教育发展是党中央、国务院应对经济发展新常态实施的一项重要战略决策。天津市作为国家职业教育改革创新示范区,在推进中职学校布局调整、提升高职院校服务能力、谋划应用技术大学建设、实施全民职业技能培训、活化职业教育体制机制等方面积累了宝贵经验。立足天津市职业教育发展的示范效应,各地职业教育发展必须与国家政策联动,与经济发展一体,与区域发展协同,积极推进开放式办学、推行终身化培训等工作。

Accelerating the development of modem vocational education is a strategic decision by the CPC centralcommittee and the State Council of China. As the national demonstration area of vocational education innovation, Tianjinhas accumulated valuable experience in promoting distribution adjustment of the secondary vocational schools, improvingservice ability of higher vocational colleges, planning to construct the universities of applied science, implementing thetraining of national vocational skills, and activating mechanism of vocational education. Based on the demonstration effectof the vocational education development in Tianjin, the paper proposes that the vocational education in various regionsshould coordinate with the local economic progress and the regional development, and promote the open college-runningmodel and lifelong education in accordance with the national policies.
