摘要
开展基于职业能力培养的法学案例教学,有助于弥补法学专业缺乏真正实践性教学的严重弊端,有利于提升法学专业学生综合运用法律知识的能力和从事法律事务工作的实践能力,所以要确定基于职业能力培养的法学案例教学的教学目标,采取合理和恰当的教学方法。
The paper maintains that law case teaching in the law specialty helps to improve students ’ practical ability byusing legal case knowledge. The author proposes based on the discussion that the teaching targets and methods will have tobe set beforehand.
