高职院校科研团队绩效评价指标体系研究

On Performance Evaluation Index System of Scientific Research Teams in Vocational Colleges

随着时代的进步和多元化知识的发展,科学技术的作用愈发重要,由此提高科学技术水受到越来越多人的关注。科研作为提升科学技术的主要手段,也引起了人们的重视,许多高职院校教育管理者和研究者将构建高职院校科研团队绩效评价指标体系作为工作的重点。本文从高职院校科研团队绩效评价指标体系的现状、分类、构建方式方法及建立的意义等方面出发展开研究。

Scientific research,as an important work in colleges, has been paid more attention to in vocational colleges inrecent years and many vocational colleges in China have established scientific research teams ^ performance evaluationindex system to appraise the research teams ＊ perfomiances. The paper makes a research on the construction status of thescientific research teams, performance evaluation index system, the classification, the construction methods and thesignificance.
