摘要 通过以简单化的产品设计为基础,电商化的销售模式为核心,打造新型互联网营销服务支撑体系来满足互联网业务诉求,应对电信运营商的互联网转型。首先,通过简化现有产品模型、管理、规则,建立适应互联网销售的产商品目录,制定上下线管理规范,打造面向互联网用户的资源池,支撑销售模式、策略、流程的电商化演进;其次,通过建立统一订单中心和智慧营销中心,支撑线上线下协同的互联网电商化销售模式,保证客户体验的完整性、一致性及友好性。 By simplifying product design, based on e-commerce sales model as the core, to build new internet marketing service support system to meet the demands of the internet business, deal with telecom operators transition to the internet. First, simplify the existing product model, management, rules to accommodate the establishment of Internet sales catalog. To create a pool of resources for internet users, supporting sales model, the evolution of e-commerce strategy, processes; secondly, through the establishment of a unifi ed order center and wisdom marketing center, under the support of online and offline collaborative Internet electric business sales model, to ensure that the customer experience integrity, consistency and friendly.
