摘要
针对常规试验装置不能满足压裂完井工具模拟试验要求的问题,研制了压裂完井工具高温高压性能模拟试验装置。该试验装置设计有可加热、可承高压的模拟井筒,可模拟井下工具的工作环境,对井下工具的性能进行有效检测;其地面加载装置可进行拉、压以及扭转等动作,满足井下工具坐封和解封等要求,可在2口井之间移动,操作台架可倾斜,操作台面可前、后、左、右4个方向调节,方便试验操作;试验井筒与加热系统采用油浴循环加热方式,加热效率高,能耗低。试验结果表明,装置的动作机构可提供500 kN的上提和下压力以及5kN·m的扭矩,满足拉、压、扭试验要求。该装置的研制成功可为真实而有效地评价井下工具的性能提供参考。
Considering the conventional test device could not meet the requirements of fracturing completion tool simulation test, a HPHT performance simulation test device for fracturing completion tool has been devel-oped. The test device is designed with simulation wellbore which is heatable with high pressure capacity to simulate downhole tool’ s working environment. The test device could effectively detect the downhole tool performance. The device’ s floor loading device could conduct motions like tension, compression and torsion to meet the downhole tool’ s setting and releasing requirements. The device could move between two well heads. The console racks could be inclined and the worktop can be adjusted forward/backward or left/right to facilitate detection operations. The test wellbore and heating system adopts oil bath circulating heating method with high heating efficiency and low en-ergy consumption. The test results showed that the motion mechanism of the device could provide lifting force and down force of 500 kN and torque of 5 kN·m, meeting the requirements for tension, compression and torsion.
