摘要
自升式钻井平台配置套管张紧器主要用来给隔水套管提供顶部张紧力及横向约束,以改善隔水套管的力学性能,减小隔水套管的弯矩和横向变形,解决隔水套管深水作业时的稳定和安全问题。介绍了国内外隔水套管张紧器的应用现状及类型,重点阐述了固定式隔水套管张紧器和可移动式隔水套管张紧器的工作原理、技术特点及主要技术参数,详细分析了隔水套管张紧器的配置技术、张紧力的确定和控制系统的设计等几项关键技术。最后提出3个发展建议,即加大研发可移动式隔水套管张紧器的力度、解决隔水套管张紧器的反冲问题和优化张紧器平台结构。
Conductor tensioning unit configured with jack up rig system provides top tensional force and hori-zontal support for the riser to improve its mechanical properties, reduce its bending moment and horizontal deforma-tion, and address its stability and security during deepwater operations. This paper introduces the application and types of conductor tensioning unit at home and abroad, and especially elaborates the working principles, technical characteristics and main parameters of fixed conductor tensioning unit and travelling conductor tensioning unit. It al-so details the configuration technique of conductor tensioning unit, the determination of tensional force, and the design of control system. The paper concludes with three suggestions:strengthening the R&D of travelling conductor tensioning unit, resolving the recoil force of conductor tensioning unit, and optimizing the platform structure of conductor tensioning unit.
