高等学校是以文化传承和知识创新为主要表征的学术共同体,学术共同体精神是高校生存与发展的核心与关键。学术共同体精神是规范高校学者学术道德的思想基础,追求真理、传承文化的精神是引领高校学者学术良知的人生观基础,淡泊名利、厚德载物的精神是支撑高校学者学术良知的价值观基础。真正的学术共同体精神摒弃行政化主导和功利化取向,强调求实创新和文明传承。屠呦呦获得诺贝尔科学奖的经历,引发了人们关于高校学术共同体精神建构的深刻思考。

Institution of higher education is a kind of academic community, and the spirit of it is the coreof survival and development of university. The spirit of academic community is the thinking basis to regulate thescholars＇ academic morality. To pursue truth and pass on culture is the basis of life value, which leads universi-ty scholars＇ academic conscience. Being indifferent to fame and wealth, holding the world with virtue is the sup-port to the basis of their life value. The real spirit of academic community deserts the guide of administrationand the orientation of utility, emphasize truth, creativity and culture inheritance. The experience of TU Youyou,from a scientist without doctor degree, oversea study experience and title of academician to a Nobel Prize win-ner, arouses the deep reflection on spiritual construction of academic community of university.
