硅钙塑片材制备方法及其拉伸强度分析

摘要 探究常温状态下影响硅钙塑片材拉伸强度的因素,综合考虑拉伸强度、材料特性、材料成本对于硅钙塑材料生产上的影响,制作出可以满足生产的硅钙塑片材。设计碳酸钙、硅藻土、增塑剂三因素并且含量不同的四水平的正交试验,按照正交试验的步骤制作相应的硅钙塑片材,将片材按照国家标准GB/T13022-1991进行采样,再将放样好的硅钙塑片材放到电子万能实验机上进行拉伸强度实验,研究碳酸钙、硅藻土、增塑剂对硅钙塑片材拉伸强度的影响,分别与目标拉伸强度10.14 MPa做比较。结果显示,HDPE(33%)碳酸钙(57%)硅藻土(5%)增塑剂(3%)偶联剂(2%)的硅钙塑材料的拉伸强度已经超过了10.14 MPa。这种硅钙塑材料在拉伸强度、材料特性、成本方面具有很大的优势,可以用到生产上。 To explore influence factors under the condition of normal temperature calcium plastics sheet tensile strength,this paper produces calcium plastics sheet that can meet the production considering tensile strength, material properties,cost of the plastic material for calcium production. We design orthogonal test of three factors and different content of the four levels of calcium carbonate, diatomite and plasticizer. The corresponding calcium plastics sheet is produced according to the orthogonal test process. In accordance with the national standard GB/T13022-1991, tensile strength of the sampled calcium plastics sheet is tested on the electronic universal testing machine. We research on the effect of carbonate calcium, diatomite, plasticized on tensile strength of calcium plastic sheet. The tensile strength is compared with the expected 10.14 MPa. The results show that HDPE(33%) and calcium carbonate(57%) diatomite(5%) plasticizer(3%)coupling agent(2%) the tensile strength of the calcium plastic material has exceeded the expected 10.14 MPa. This calcium plastic material has great advantages of tensile strength, material properties, and can be used in the production cost.
