摘要
文中分析了港口中使用的传统集装箱系统装卸工艺:岸桥+拖挂车,岸桥+跨运车,岸桥+集卡+龙门吊,并给出其工艺流程图;以总成本C总最小作为目标函数而建立装卸工艺优化配置模型;在某港口码头应用其配置模型,通过选定船泊位和年吞吐量,从而确定最优作业线条数,再根据给定的一条作业线的最佳机械配置标准,可确定出所需的机械配置标准。
This paper analyzes the loading and unloading process of traditional container such as shore bridge + articulated vehicle, shore bridge + straddle carrier and shore bridge + truck + gantry crane. Their process flow diagrams are given. Then the optimal allocation model of loading and unloading process is set up with the minimum total cost as objective function.Finally, the configuration model is applied in a certain port and pier. Selecting ship berths and throughput, the optimal operation line number is determined. According to the best mechanical configuration of the given line 1 standard, the required mechanical configuration standards can be determined.
