摘要
为了解决零件制造过程中二维工序图与三维设计模型不相关的问题,提出了基于三维模型的工艺设计方法。首先提取三维设计模型的设计特征,将其与加工方法相关联,并映射为加工特征,再根据工艺知识对加工特征合并、聚类和排序,生成工艺过程路线,然后以该工艺路线的逆过程为导向,采用同步建模技术依次构建工序模型,通过加工余量和加工特征与工序模型相关联,直至生成毛坯模型。以电机轴零件为例,快速、准确地建立三维工序模型,实现了三维工艺建模的自动化。
To solve the problem of the 2D process drawings not related to their design models during manufacturing process, a method of process design based on 3D process models is proposed. Process routing is generated by extracting the features from the models associated with the manufacturing methods and clustering and sequencing the machining features according to the process knowledge. Processing models are successively built using synchronous modeling technology under the guidance of the inverse process routing with its blank model. Process models are associated with machining allowances and machining features. Finally, an example of motor shaft is presented to build process models rapidly and accurately and achieve the automation of process modeling.
