舟山口岸进口鱿鱼中^(134)Cs、^(137)Cs比活度水平分析 被引量:2

Investigation of the Specific Activity Values of ^(134)Cs and ^(137)Cs in Import Squid at Zhoushan Ports

摘要 目的:研究日本福岛核事故对舟山口岸进口鱿鱼中134Cs和137Cs比活度的影响。方法:选取北太、日本海、阿根廷和秘鲁4个区域2011—2014年间310份鱿鱼样品,采用高纯锗γ谱仪分析样品中^(134)Cs和^(137)Cs的比活度。结果:共检出阳性样品20份,检出率为6.5%,其中北太鱿鱼占阳性样品的85.0%,^(134)Cs的最高比活度为4.12×10~3 Bq/g,137Cs的最高比活度为6.89×10~3 Bq/g,远低于各国限量标准(最低限量为100×10~3 Bq/g)。结论:舟山口岸进口鱿鱼放射性核素^(134)Cs、^(137)Cs比活度低于10.0×10~3 Bq/g,不会危害食品质量安全,但是北太和日本海鱿鱼相对检出率高,应给予一定的关注。 Objective: To examine the influence of the Japanese Fukushima nuclear accident on the activity concentrations of ^(134) Cs and ^(137) Cs in import squid at Zhoushan ports. Methods: A total of 310 samples from the North Pacific Ocean, the Sea of Japan, Argentina sea area, and Peru sea area were selected during 2011-2014, and the activity concentrations of ^(137) Cs and ^(134) Cs in these samples were analyzed by using a high-purity germanium(HPGe) gamma-ray spectrometer. Results: Among 310 samples analyzed, 20(6.5%) were found to be positive and the North Pacific squid accounted for 85.0% of the total positive samples. The highest specific activity values of ^(137) Cs and ^(134) Cs were 6.89 × 103 and 4.12 × 10~3 Bq/g, respectively, far lower than the standard limits in different countries(the minimum limit is 100 × 10~3 Bq/g). Conclusion: The specific activity values of ^(137) Cs and ^(134) Cs in import squid at Zhoushan ports were lower than 10.0 × 10~3 Bq/g, not harmful to food quality and safety. However, the relative detection rates of squid from the North Pacific Ocean and the Sea of Japan squid were higher. Thus, attention should be paid to this issue.
