摘要
为了满足移运石油钻机在整个钻井过程中的排放要求,使得废油、废泥浆等不对钻井区域造成污染,在快速移运石油钻机上增加了零排放系统(即排放物回收系统)。介绍了零排放系统的结构、布局、工作流程和回收方法。在钻台区域、泥浆罐区、泵组区、动力区4个区域分别设置了污水(油)回收装置,当出现设备漏油、管线泄露或泥浆溢出时,通过接油盘、隔板、管道等将污物收集到回收罐内,进行集中处理或回收再用。油田现场的应用表明,该系统工作可靠,实现了设计的"零排放"要求,提高了现场排放物的回收效率,满足快速移运钻机的高效率作业要求。
In order to meet the requirements of the fast moving drilling rig discharge in the drilling process,such as waste oil,waste mud,for no pollution caused in the drilling area,the zero discharge system(emission recovery system)was set up on the fast moving drilling rig.The paper introduces the structure,layout,working process and recycling method of zero discharge system.In the four areas:drilling floor area,solid control area,mud pump unit area,power supply area,the system setting water(oil)recovery unit,when the equipment emission oil(water),or when pipeline leaking,or when the mud spill,the system use oil pan,separators,diversion pipes to collection the oil(water)into the recycle tank for centralized processing or recycled.From the application of the oil field,it shows that the system has high reliability,the design of'zero discharge'has achieved,the efficiency of emission recovery has been raised,the requirements of the fast moving drilling rig has been satisfied.
