摘要
套管滑套压裂技术是近几年发展起来的一种水平井储层改造方法,该技术不需要下套管固井、射孔等操作。通过对国内外压裂技术调研分析,发现国内外压裂滑套技术采用特殊工具(球、飞镖、HBA)或者使用连续油管和井下工具打开滑套,进行加压,实现地层压裂,改善地层的渗透率、孔隙度,提高采收率。介绍了国外各公司现阶段的压裂滑套产品,并分析了各压裂工具的结构、工作原理,对比其优缺点。针对国内现阶段的压裂滑套技术的不足指出了现阶段压裂滑套的研究重点和发展方向。
A method of reservoir reconstruction for horizontal well with casing sliding sleeve fracturing has been developed in recent years.The technique does not require casing cementing,perforating or other operation.Investigation and research on the fracturing technique show that opening the sliding sleeve with special tools(ball,darts,HBA)and coiled tubing with downhole tool,pressure,realize the formation permeability and porosity enhance oil recovery.Meanwhile,the fracturing sliding sleeve products in the foreign companies are introduced in detail,as the same to analysis in the structure,the working principle of each fracturing tool,and its advantages and disadvantages.According to the disadvantage of fracturing technique,the key option in research and the direction of development of the sliding sleeve are put forward at the present stage of fracturing.
