摘要
将TRIZ理论应用在旋转防喷器冷却结构设计中,利用物-场分析法和阿奇舒勒矛盾矩阵法,参考TRIZ理论的76种物场分析的一般解法和40条发明原理,经历二次优化设计,提出了2种旋转防喷器冷却结构。通过综合评价,优化筛选出最适合XK28-35-7/14型旋转防喷器的冷却结构。
TRIZ theory is applied in rotary BOP cooling structure design,namely the use of the substance-field analysis and contradictions altshuller matrix method,respectively with reference to the 76 kinds of general solution of the object field analysis of TRIZ and 40 invention principle,through the second optimization design two kinds of rotary blowout preventer cooling structure are proposed,through comprehensive evaluation,and optimization the most suitable XK28-35-7/14 rotating BOP cooling structure is selected.
