摘要
针对现有冲砂工具在伴有胶结砂块的水平井进行冲砂作业中表现出的效率低、效果差、易堵塞等问题,研发了一种具有射流旋流、推铲刮削、捕捞收纳等多项功能的水平井新型冲捞一体化工具,并通过Fluent软件,对其上、下旋流孔进行了数值模拟和参数优选;一趟钻实现细小砂粒的冲洗上返和胶结砂块的捕捞收纳,有效缩短了施工周期,提高了水平段冲砂效果,同时避免了胶结砂块上返堵塞井口设备和地面管线。现场试验表明,水平井冲捞一体化工具满足设计和施工要求,应用效果显著,具有良好的推广前景。
In order to solve the problem of the existing sand flushing tools:low efficiency,poor effect,easy to jam etc,we design the flush-fishing tool which can jet flow,scrape wellbore and fish the cemented sand at the same time,and we utilize fluent software to make numerical simulation and parameter optimization for the upper and lower swirl holes.And we can use the flush-fishing tool to flush out fine sand and fish up cemented sand with only one drill.Field application shows that the flush-fishing tool has met the design and construction requirements,improved the working efficiency and the level of sand flushing,and avoided cemented sand plugging wellhead equipment and ground pipeline.The flush-fishing tool has good popularization and application prospects.
