基于LabVIEW的高压气井环空带压管理系统应用

摘要 气井环空带压会严重威胁天然气的生产安全和环境健康。为有效管理高压气井环空带压问题,分析了高压气井环空带压原因,在此基础之上建立高压气井环空带压管理操作流程。针对高压气井生产动态,在采气树环空连通阀引入压力变送器与自动泄压管线,并基于LabVIEW平台,结合DATAQ数据采集卡、及PLC下位机,开发出高压气井环空压力管理系统。进而进行压力泄放/恢复监测与井口气体泄漏测试。结果表明,该系统测量精度高、运行稳定可靠,同时节省了人工成本,对提高高压气井动态管理水平与风险控制技术有重大意义。 The sustained casing pressure(SCP)threatens the safety of gas production and environmental health.To effectively solve the problem in high-pressure gas wells,in this paper the causes of SCP was analyzed and then serious of management operation process for high-pressure gas wells was established.In connection with the production status in high pressure gas wells,the pressure transmitters were used and automatic pressure relief lines were added to the annulus connected valves in Christmas trees and then based on LabVIEW,with the DATAQ data acquisition cards and PLC,a management system for SCP was developed to do the pressure relief/recovery monitoring and tests for gas leakage.The results show that the system is in high precision,stable and reliable,while also will save the labor costs and improve the management level of high pressure gas wells and risk-control techniques.
