摘要
现阶段应用的高效测调工艺大幅提高了注水井流量测试效率。但是,在投捞测试方面仍采用钢丝投捞堵塞器方式,投捞效率和成功率低,并且不能满足细分层注水井小卡距投捞测试要求。研制了偏心分层注水井堵塞器的电动投捞工具。该工具通过地面系统控制导向机构和投捞机构的动作,一次下井可同时完成任意一个层位堵塞器的打捞和投送。现场试验结果表明,该工具无需原有6m以上冲距,解决了小卡距投捞问题。全投捞状态实时监测,安全性高、适应范围广,投捞测试效率较原钢丝投捞工艺提高1倍以上。电动投捞工具是对分层注水测调技术新的完善和发展,实现了偏心注水井测试全过程的电缆控制,进一步提高测试效率及分层注水技术水平。
Nowadays,high-efficiency test and profile control technology dramatically increased the efficiency of the injection well flow test.But to the running and fishing test,it still uses wire line to?pull and run blanking plug.Not only the success rate and the efficiency of running and fishing test are low,but also it cannot satisfy the requirement of the running and fishing test for subdivi-ded injection well.So investigation of the electric running and fishing plug tool are started for ec-centric separated injection well.Via the movements of ground control system to guiding mecha-nism,in one transaction of descent down hole,the technology can accomplish any of the layer blanking plug’s running and fishing at the same time.According to the result of field experiment, it broke through the limitation of 6 meters stroke distance and resolved the problem of running and fishing for small chuck distance well.To the whole process state,it implemented the real time monitoring with high security and a wide accommodation.The efficiency of running and fishing test has increased by 1 time than the original wire line test.It is a new improvement and develop-ment of the separate injection test technology.The whole process of well testing is controlled by electric cable.The test efficiency and the level of separate injection technology are further im-proved.
