油气管道不停输带压开孔封堵器研究进展

Research Progress of Plugging Device in Holing and Sealing on Non-stop Pressured Transportation Gas/Oil Pipeline

油气管道一旦发生泄漏等事故，需对其进行及时的维护与维修。不停输带压开孔技术是油气管道维抢修中较为重要的一种方式，而封堵器是该技术的关键部件。综述了国内外油气管道不停输带压开孔封堵器的研究进展。介绍了国内外的在役封堵器，并分析了它们的技术优势和不足。结果表明：我国封堵器与国外相比还有一段差距，但是目前已经取得了很大进展。指出了油气管道不停输带压开孔封堵器正向着智能化和快捷化方向发展。

Once leakage and other accidents happen,it should be maintained and repaired timely. Holing and sealing on non-stop pressured transportation technology is a significant method for the dimensional repair of gas/oil pipeline,and plugging device is a key component of the technology. The domestic and foreign research progress on the technology is reviewed.The advantages and disadvantages of existed plugging device are analyzed.The results show that there is still a gap between domestic and foreign,but domestic technology has made great progress.Further research orientation on the plugging device in holing and sealing on non-stop pressured transportation gas/oil pipeline is summarized as intelligence and high-speediness.
