摘要
低压脉冲喷吹袋除尘器清灰强度大,清灰效率高,已得到各行业的广泛使用。传统观念认为袋长6m即可称为长袋,因而数年来脉冲喷吹除尘器局限于此,造成除尘器占地面积大,换袋数量过多。在现实条件迫切的需求下,借助于实验验证、CFD模拟,超长袋低压脉冲喷吹袋除尘器得到了初步应用,并取得了良好的效能,将进一步推动脉冲喷吹袋除尘器的发展与应用。超长袋低压脉冲喷吹除尘器研制的核心在于导流装置的使用以及运输安装的整体化思考,随着传统观念的突破,超长袋低压脉冲喷吹技术将得到广泛应用。
Low-pressure pulse-jet bag filter has been widely used in various industries with high cleaningstrength and high cleaning efficiency. The Conventional wisdom says that 6m long bag as long type.Therefore bagfilter is limited to traditional idea over the years. Based on the experimental study, CFD simulation and verifica-tion with the realistic condition of urgent demand, super long bag and low-pressure pulse-jet bag filter has beenapplied, and achieved favourable performance. It will help promote the development and application of low-pressure pulse-jet bag filter further. The new bag filter depends on gas flow-guide devices usage and integraltransportation and installation. With the breakthrough of traditional concept, it will be used widely.
