港口发展的外在影响因素对港口建设的启示

Enlightenment of External Factors on the Development of the Port of Port Construction

港口发展的因素分为内在因素和外在因素,其中外在影响因素又极其复杂。基于SPSS统计软件并运用主成份分析法,以我国最大的综合港口上海港为例选取12个评价指标,目的在于研究影响港口发展的外在主要因素。通过研究为我国港口行业的良性发展,调整区域港口建设之间结构失衡,从宏观层面为规划港口建设提供新的思路。在这些影响因素中,包括宏观财政和货币经济政策,其他交通运输方式以及区域发展状况等,这些因素对于港口发展至关重要,而港口建设应该紧密关注这些方面。

The factors of port development are divided into internal and external factors, the external factors areextremely complex. Based on SPSS statistical software and using principal component analysis method, 12 evaluationindexes are selected as the example of Shanghai port, which is the largest comprehensive port in our country. The purpose isto study the external factors affecting the development of port. Through the research for the healthy development of China＇sport industry, adjust the structural imbalance between the port construction, from the macro level to provide a new idea forthe planning of port construction. In these factors, including macro fiscal and monetary policies and other modes of transportand regional development, these factors is crucial for the development of port, and port construction should paying closeattention to these aspects.
