大宗商品海铁联运发展对策研究——以宁波舟山港为例

Study on Bulk Commodity Sea-rail Intermodal Transportation Development—For Ningbo Zhoushan Port

近年来,浙江省大力发展海铁联运,业务主要集中在宁波舟山港。目前宁波舟山港大宗商品海铁联运还存在联运价格偏高、基础设施薄弱、管理体制不完善、信息平台建设滞后等问题。针对这些问题,文中提出了政府扶持政策,加强联运企业合作,完善基础设施和信息系统建设等对策,以促进宁波舟山港大宗商品海铁联运的协调发展。

In recent years, Zhejiang Province is developingsea-rail intermodal transportation, and its business ismainly focused in Ningbo Zhoushan Port. At present, during the bulk commodity sea-rail intermodal transportationdevelopment of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, it still exists many problems in prices, infrastructure, management mechanism,information platform construction. Thus, we put forward the following strategies Strengthen governmenfs support policies,reinforce the corporation of logistics enterprises, construct infrastructure and the information system, induce or cultivatelogistics talents.
