Crowd-funding Patterns in the Area of Agricultural Machinery Circulation and its Risk Studies

文中针对国内外农业机械流通行业发展现状,通过构建委托—代理模型,对农机流通众筹模式设计、收益分析、风险管理进行全面研究。农机流通众筹模式是互联网金融在农业流通领域的典型应用,具有可行性和可操作性,为解决农业机械化资金短缺的问题提供了有力的方案,进一步丰富了农业众筹的理论和方法体系。

Based on the present situation analysis upon agricultural mechanization circulation industry, this paperproposes a principal-agent model and focuses on the crowd-funding patterns, revenue and risk management in agriculturalmachinery circulation industry. The agricultural machinery circulation crowd-funding pattern is a typical example of internetfinancial in the field of agricultural machinery circulation. We fmd that this pattern shows feasibility and operability in thisarea, which provides a robust program in solving the shortage of funds problem of agricultural mechanization, also enrichesthe agriculture crowd-funding theory and method system.
