摘要
在精益物流文化的推进中,烟草商业企业普遍存在着对精益文化认识不够深刻、难以做得持续改善和全员参与的问题。基于此,文中在分析精益物流文化内涵的基础上,从精益物流根文化建设、干文化建设和枝文化建设三个层面构建了精益物流文化体系(又称"精益物流文化树"),并在此基础上提出了精益物流文化建设的几点保障措施,以期建立持续改善和全员参与的精益物流文化体系。
Lean logistics culture is a kind of enterprise culture. In the propulsion of lean logistics culture, TobaccoCommercial Enterprise widely exists for lean culture cognition, difficult to do continuous improvement and full participation.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the lean logistics culture, this article from the lean logistics root cultureconstruction, stem cultural construction and branch culture construction three aspects build a Lean Logistics Cultural System（also known as ＂Lean Logistics Culture Tree”）, and also put forward some safeguard measures, in order to establish acontinuous improvement and full participation in the cultural system of the lean logistics.
