促进互联网+农产品物流发展的对策分析

Countermeasures Analysis on Promoting the Development of Internet+ Agricultural Products Logistics

"互联网+"是农产品物流发展的新引擎,但"互联网+"对农产品物流的引擎和潜能作用还没有得到充分发掘。目前,"互联网+农产品物流"发展还存在物流人才缺乏、信息化基础设施落后、农产品物流标准化水平低、物流主体组织化程度不高等问题。应通过强化顶层设计、加强互联网基础设施与信息化平台建设、强化农产品物流标准化建设、发展壮大农产品物流组织、充分利用大数据技术优化布局、加强人才培养与技术培训等措施促进"互联网+农产品物流"的发展。

＂Internet ＋” is a new engine for the development of agricultural products logistics. However, its potentialfunction has not been fully motivated. At present, concerning the development of the ^intemetH- agricultural productslogistics,,5 there exist such constraints as lack of logistics talents, poor information infrastructure, weak standardization levelof agricultural products logistics, and low degree of logistics subject organization. Hence, it is proposed to promote thedevelopment of （tmtemet＋ agricultural products logistics,5 by enhancing the top-level design, increasing the construction ofinternet infrastructure and information platform, improving standardized construction of agricultural products logistics,developing and strengthening the organization of agricultural products logistics, taking fUll advantage of big data to optimizelayout, and strengthening talents cultivating and technical training.
