中国经济转型需要大量资本,而绿色债券的发展为我国经济发展起到重要作用。我国发展绿色债券,可有效缓解企业融资难问题,满足政府和企业可持续发展目标,也能为致力于环保的投资者实现良好愿望,发展绿色金融体系。文中主要阐述了绿色债券在我国的发展状况和实行的必要性和可行性,并对比了中外绿色债券标准,为我国加快绿色债券发展提出参考。

China’s economic transformation requires a lot of capital, and the development of green bonds plays animportant role in China＇s economic development. China＇s development of green bonds can be efifective energy-saving aspects ofthe enterprise financing difficult problem, to meet government and sustainable development goals of the enterprise, can also iscommitted to environmental protection of investors to achieve good wishes, the development of green financial system. Thispaper mainly expounds the development of green bonds in China and the necessity and feasibility of the implementation, andcompared the Chinese and foreign green bond standards for China to speed up the development of green bond.
