国外出租汽车合乘制经验借鉴及其启示

摘要 文中首先对国外出租汽车合乘发展现状进行研究,然后具体分析各国发展出租汽车合乘所采用的管理措施,主要包括出租汽车合乘网络的建设、设置高承载车辆专用车道、车辆分级收费等,并对出租汽车合乘效益进行评价,最后总结国外出租汽车合乘制度发展的成功经验,并结合我国当下面临的出租汽车改革困境,提出适合我国国情的出租汽车合乘策略。 In this paper,firstly to research the current development situation of the foreign taxipooling, then make aconcrete analysis of the management measures that many countries have applied to promote the evolution of taxipooling ,including build the network of taxipooling,set the exclusive HOV-Lane(High- Occupancy Vehicle Lane) and the vehicleclassification charge,meanwhile ,estimate the benefit of taxipooling, finally summarizes the foreign successful experienceaccumulated in the progress of taxipooling, and propose strategies that suitable for Chinese conditions integrate the nowadaysdilemma of taxi industry innovation in our country.
