摘要
理赔时效作为影响车险业务客户满意度的最重要因素之一,它的时间控制直接影响到财产保险公司的发展与盈利。文中以某财险江西分公司车险登记系统中实际案件数据为依托,运用最小二乘法、分位数回归以及双样本检验等方法提取出影响车险理赔时效的重要变量,为提高车险理赔时效提出了有效建议。文中的研究不仅对于进一步完善车险服务有着重要指导作用,而且对相关服务行业的时效性问题也有很强的借鉴意义。
Claim Aging as one of the most important factors affecting customer satisfaction of insurance business,it's time to control directly affects the property insurance company's development and profitability. Taking the Jiangxi branchof a casualty insurance registration system relying on actual case data using the least squares method, quantile regression andtwo-sample tests and other methods to extract important variables that affect the aging of auto insurance claims, autoinsurance claims to improve the timeliness proposed effective proposals.
