基于团队效能感的团队互动对TMT战略决策速度的影响研究

The Effects of Team-interaction on TMT's Strategic Decision Speed from the View of Team-efficacy

在文献回顾的基础上将团队互动划分为团队沟通、认知冲突、情感冲突三个维度并提出假设,构建了TMT团队互动-团队效能感-TMT战略决策速度研究模型。面向长三角地区企业高管团队通过问卷调查的方式收集数据,以259份有效问卷为样本进行实证研究,研究表明:TMT团队沟通、认知冲突对团队效能感及TMT战略决策速度具有显著的正向影响作用。TMT情感冲突对团队效能感及TMT战略决策速度具有显著的负向影响作用。团队效能感对TMT战略决策速度具有显著的正向影响作用。团队效能感在TMT团队互动与TMT战略决策速度之间具有中介作用。

This paper gave research hypotheses and built a theoretical model for the effects of team-interaction onTMT strategic decision speed from the view of team-efficacy by dividing team-interaction intoteam-communicationscognitive-conflict and affective-conflict on the basis of reviewing literature. Used the way ofquestionnaire and interview survey to collect valid data from 259TMT coming from Yangtze river delta area.Conducted anempirical analysis with the samples of 259 valid questionnaires.The results shows that：team-communication andcognitive-conflict have a positive impact on team-efficacy and TMT strategic decision speed.Affective-conflict has anegative impact on team-efficacy and TMT strategic decision speed.Team-efficacy has a positive impact on TMT strategicdecision speed.Team-efficacy plays a role of intermediary between team-interaction and TMT strategic decision speed.
